Tournament Tutor Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Eligibility

The Tournament Tutor Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. For purposes of eligibility to participate in this Contest, a person shall not be considered a legal resident of one of these locations unless that person is actually living in such state at the time of entry and at the time any prize is awarded. The Contest is void where prohibited.

Entrants will be required to provide, as a minimum, an accurate, current and verifiable email address.

Winners shall be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release ("Affidavit and Release") as a condition to the delivery of any winning prize, except where prohibited. Employees of SimpleBlue and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the "Contest Entities") as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Contest is subject to national, federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor

The Contest is sponsored by SimpleBlue LLC ("Sponsor"), located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (collectively, the "Official Rules"), which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Contest Period

The Contest begins on November 1, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM ET and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Contest Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter

Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using the following methods:

Entry Limitations

All entries must be received by 11:59:00 PM ET November 30, 2025 to be considered any prize or additional awards for Contest entries.

Entries are limited to a maximum of 400 per person per contest period, irrespective of method of entry. Any Entries submitted in excess of this limitation will be disqualified.

Limit of fifteen (15) Entries per eligible person, per day during the Contest Period via the online entry form. For purposes of this Contest, a “day” begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET unless specified otherwise. If more than 15 Entries are received from an individual during the same day, only the first 15 Entries will be accepted and additional Entries will be disqualified. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by you to obtain more than fifteen (15) Entries per day by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods may void your Entries and you may be disqualified from the Contest. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all Entries by you. In the event of a dispute as to any online Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Prospective winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.

The only exception to the limitation on the number of daily entries will be for additional bonus entries awarded by Sponsor for participation in any programs or activities officially offered and sanctioned by Sponsor during the course of the Contest. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Selection of Winners

On or about November 30, 2025, the Sponsor will select seven (7) Winners of the Contest according to the schedule displayed under "Prizes" section. One winner per tier will be selected. Each winner will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received by the deadline. Only one prize per person.

All decisions made by the Sponsor are final. Additional awards may be issued, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, to some or all entrants who have properly completed and submitted a contest entry by the appropriate entry date.

Winner Notification

Selected winners will be notified by email, mail, text message or telephone. Each potential winner will be required to complete, electronically sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance within seven (7) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim a prize. Winners shall be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release ("Affidavit and Release") as a condition to the delivery of the winning prize, except where prohibited, and will be required to confirm a physical mailing address (no PO Box or virtual addresses) located in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia to receive delivery of the Prize. Failure of any winner to respond or return any required Affidavit and Release (properly completed and executed) within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Except to the extent prohibited by law, each entrant authorizes the Contest Entities to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, and on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation. The Contest Entities are not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities, without further obligation or compensation. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled within 2-4 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest unless unforeseen delays in delivery occur.

Prizes

Entries and Prizes are nontransferable. No Prize may be exchanged for cash. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of any prize by any winner is permitted. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prizes is determined solely by Sponsor. Any images displayed in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the specific Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The specifics of all elements of the Prizes in the Promotion shall be solely determined by Sponsor. Prizes may only be delivered to physical addresses located in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.

All entrants who complete and submit Contest entries by the Contest deadline may be eligible, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or its affiliates to receive additional promotional offers. These awards are not prizes and will not be included in the Winner List. Recipients may be notified by SMS text-messaging, email, telephone or other method, depending on the terms agreed upon. Entry awards are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value. They may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, be a physical or digital item or represent a promotional rate for or discount on goods or services that may be offered by The Tournament Tutor or third parties. Entrants have no obligation to accept these awards and acceptance or refusal will have no bearing on the entrant's eligibility for or chance of winning any Prize.

Taxes

Prize winners are responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local income, sales, excise or other taxes that may apply, and no Contest Entity shall be liable for any such expense.

General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, work, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Contest is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Contest to address the impairment and then resume the Contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Contest and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any Entries that appear to be generated by a macro, script or other automated means. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or other operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Contest, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of the participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Contest, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility of miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Contest; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human printing or typographical errors; (d) lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, undelivered, stolen, damaged, delayed, postage-due or misdirected mail, entries, application downloads, any other errors or problems in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the winner, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Contest-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants' participation in the Contest or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes

This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a state or federal court located in the County of Sheridan in the State of Wyoming. By entering the Contest, each entrant irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction by the federal and state courts located in the County of Sheridan in the State of Wyoming, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Further, in any such dispute, to the extent permitted by applicable law, each entrant, winner and guest hereby waives all damages other than such person's actual out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., costs associated with entering the Contest) including, without limitation, all punitive, incidental or consequential damages, attorneys' fees, and fee multiplication awards. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the County of Sheridan and the State of Wyoming without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the County of Sheridan and the State of Wyoming. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply to every entrant.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. Except to the extent prohibited by law, each entrant (and guest) authorizes the Contest Entities to use his/her name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, and on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation. Contest Entities are not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities, without further obligation or compensation. By entering the Contest, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to share his/her email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Contest Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment. By entering the Contest online, entrant expressly consents to receive future communications from Sponsor and/or their affiliated companies via email concerning contest updates or special offers. You are not required to provide this consent to make a purchase from us. Consenting to receive communications by email is optional except in the event the entrant is chosen as a Prize Winner and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Contest and does not improve your chances of winning.

Winner List

The list of contest winners will be displayed on the Site at https://thetournamenttutor.com/winners within 14 days of the Contest end date. If entrant has opted-in to receive SMS notifications from the Sponsor or its affiliates, Winner List notifications may be provided via text messaging.
